Cindy (right), the ex-teacher and proud mum of two beautiful young boys Max and Jack was working on her jewellery business when she met Natalie a marketing consultant at a local networking event about 6 years ago - they hit it off instantly. Natalie (left) newly married had experience in corporate marketing but had a passion for small-medium business and working with women.
Cindy and Natalie worked on a number of business projects. They joined other networking groups together, co-wrote a book with other successful business women and most importantly formed a great friendship - thanks to networking.
In January 2008 over coffee we had an idea - a lunch event for local business ladies to celebrate International Women’s Day. As the cliche goes – the rest was history and Sydney Women’s Network (now Success Women's Network) was born.
We understand the power of networking – from one chat on one sunny day it’s led to a billion possibilities.

Success Women's Network
There is such a growing demand for dynamic women’s business networks across NSW and Australia. As more women become successful businesswomen, we want to offer a network that works for everyone. So we have decided to rename our growing network – Success Women's Network.
Cindy Steele and Natalie Moutia will still offer members the same quality services, with lunches, events, expos and business support. The only difference being, members will be able to network with businesswomen in a wider region of NSW and Australia. This will give members even more scope for growing their businesses.Thanks for your continued support and cheers to your success!
About Our - SWN Lunches
It's not like normal business lunches - its more active, more fun and more relaxed. It's female friendly and super friendly.
It's not like a chamber of commerce event of BNI breakfast. Different networking groups offer different options - these groups are great but we offer something just perfect for women in business.
We meet monthly for lunch (except for school holidays).
Expect ladies from all walks of life from all different industries.
Informal Networking - Our friendly business networking events start at 12 Noon. Arrive early if you can, to give you time to settle in and meet the hosts. You will have the opportunity to meet other successful business women at your own leisure. It’s a fun and relaxed environment. Feel free to bring a friend.
Warm Welcome - At 12.30pm the formal section of the event starts with your host. Each meeting will have a set agenda. We can easily “buddy” you with someone if you wish.
Business Commercials – Every member and guest is invited to present a business commercial – your 30 second elevator speech. We have hints and tips to help – just ask us how.
Business Development – This is a 10-20 minute educational presentation given by experts that will help you with your business success.
Lunch Time – 1pm
Leads and Referrals – A 5-10 minute networking session designed for you to ask for leads, receive leads and build relationships. Your aim here is to “book a meeting at a meeting”.
Closing – SWN events officially finish at 2pm but the networking doesn’t have to stop here, there will be an opportunity to carry on networking.

What is the philosophy
